**ORDER FULFILLMENT NOTICE**
Due to the overwhelming heat during the summer months
in Southern California, and the delicate nature of our Cake Bites,
we are unable to ship orders on days over 95 degrees. All orders
will be shipped as soon as possible and will be worth the wait!

Online Orders: All online
orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped that day for next
day delivery unless otherwise specified. Orders placed on Friday,
Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday for Tuesday delivery,
unless otherwise specified.
Wedding Cakes: We recommend
that all wedding cakes are ordered 3-4 months in advance.
There are many different factors that determine the final cost
of a custom designed wedding cake. Design detail, flavor and ingredients,
and number of people to feed are just a few. Final price will

Security: For your security and peace
of mind, credit card details are secure and encrypted and processed
through Authorize.net, one of the world's leading companies
handling secure credit card transactions. So you can rest assured
that your information passed between your computer and our website
cannot be read by anyone else. If you have any questions regarding

Refunds and cancellation of an order:
We can only guarantee a full refund of your order if we receive
your order cancellation instructions at least 24 hours (or 48
hours if your order is for a large / special order cake) before
the collection time.) Any other cancellation refunds will be
entirely at For Heavens Cakes discretion. There are no refunds
on Online Orders.
Price changes: For Heavens Cakes
reserve the right to make price changes on their website without
prior notice, but guarantee that no price increase will apply
to any confirmed paid orders made by a customer for collection
on a date after which a price increase has been made.
